DID YOU KNOW?  -- Three years before the 1995 Srebrenica Genocide, Serbs torched Bosniak villages and killed at least 3,166 Bosniaks around Srebrenica. In 1993, the UN described the besieged situation in Srebrenica as a "slow-motion process of genocide." In July 1995, Serbs forcibly expelled 25,000 Bosniaks, brutally raped many women and girls, and systematically killed 8,000+ men and boys (DNA confirmed).

NEĐO IKONIĆ INDICTED FOR GENOCIDE

Nedjo Ikonic has been indicted for genocide in connection with his direct participation in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre. He ordered and oversaw the detention and execution of more than 1,000 Bosniaks who tried to flee the United Nations safe haven Srebrenica in 1995.

"As the commander of the special police unit, Ikonic is charged with taking part in a joint criminal enterprise that aimed to kill men and boys from Srebrenica in July 1995. Ikonic is charged with ordering, overseeing and abetting the execution of more than 1,000 Muslims who were detained in Kravice," the office of the prosecutor of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Milorad Barasin (ethnic Serb), said in a statement.

I would like to thank everyone who helped us extradite Nedjo Ikonic from the United States to Sarajevo earlier this year. Finally, this scumbag will have to answer charges for his direct involvement in ghastly massacres committed against unarmed Bosnian Muslim prisoners during the Srebrenica genocide.

Background of the case:
1. Nedjo Ikonic: Try him for genocide or deport him to Bosnia to face genocide charges!
2. Nedjo Ikonic sentenced to 1 year in prison in the United States
3. United States extradites Nedjo Ikonic to Bosnia
4. Second Kravica executioner arrested by SIPA
