DID YOU KNOW?  -- Three years before the 1995 Srebrenica Genocide, Serbs torched Bosniak villages and killed at least 3,166 Bosniaks around Srebrenica. In 1993, the UN described the besieged situation in Srebrenica as a "slow-motion process of genocide." In July 1995, Serbs forcibly expelled 25,000 Bosniaks, brutally raped many women and girls, and systematically killed 8,000+ men and boys (DNA confirmed).

SIGN PETITION TO ARREST RATKO MLADIC!

To: Government officials worldwide with the power to seek justice for the crime of genocide.

We, the undersigned, demand the arrest of Ratko Mladic. We applaud the arrest of Radovan Karadzic on July 21, 2008 but recognize that more work is to be done. It has been more than thirteen years since the massacre at Srebrenica for which Mladic has been indicted for the crime of genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. It has also been thirteen years of broken promises by government officials regarding Mladic’s arrest.

We ask you to use all diplomatic, military, and intelligence resources available to make certain that Mladic is arrested as soon as possible.

We also ask that there be no bargains or negotiations in seeking his arrest. We do not negotiate with terrorists – nor should we negotiate with the perpetrators of genocide.
