MARKO BOSKIC TO SIGN PLEA AGREEMENT?

Federal Radio-Television (RTVFBiH) has learned, from yet unconfirmed sources, that Bosnia-Herzegovina's Office of the Prosecutor has reached a plea agreement with Marko Boskic. The agreement was sent to the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina for consideration.

Bosnia-Herzegovina's Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) filed an indictment against Marko Boskic, which is charged with crimes against humanity. He is accused of taking part in shooting at least several hundred Bosniaks during the Srebrenica genocide. He was arrested on 28 April this year after he was deported from the United States and arrested at the International Airport Sarajevo. The prosecution's indictment has been sent to the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina for confirmation.
