HOW MANY SERBS DIED AROUND SREBRENICA?

WHAT IS THIS? Actual photo forgery of non-existent Serb victim around Srebrenica. This hoax photo is circulated by ultra-nationalist Serbian circles and hosted by Serbianna web site in a section titled: "Srebrenica Massacre: A Photo Story." Serbianna describes this image forgery as a photo of "the decapitated head of Bosnian Serb farmer Pero Makic, who was executed by Bosnian Muslim/Croat forces in the northeastern Bosnian city of Brcko." Of course, Brcko is nowhere near Srebrenica, but the photo is promoted in Serbianna's section showing the so called "Bosnian Muslim atrocities in Srebrenica." For more info, click here.

Serbian Lies and Propaganda on Display
The allegation that Serb casualties around Srebrenica amount to over 3,000 is an evident falsification of facts. This myth was created and promoted by the Srebrenica genocide denier and pseudo 'researcher' Milivoj Ivanisevic.

Serb casualties
The Research and Documentation Center's data of the actual number of all victims in Bosnia-Herzegovina shows that the overall number of Serb casualties around Srebrenica, in a period of 1992-95, is three to nine times smaller than indicated by Serbian pseudo researcher Milivoje Ivanisevic. The number of Serb casualties, most of them Chetniks [extremists who participated in the killings and persecution of Bosniaks in/and around Srebrenica] amounts to 480. They are not victims of the so called "Muslim terror" or "Naser Oric's attacks", but casualties who died in the pursuit of a criminal enterprise, which consisted of the persecution, torture, rape, mass killings and ethnic cleansing of the Bosnian Muslim population of Podrinje [region around Srebrenica].

Serbs burned more than 400 Bosnian Muslim villages around Srebrenica (municipalities of Srebrenica, Bratunac, Visegrad, Foca, Gorazde).
