Srebrenica, Bosnia-Herzegovina. "Genocidal Creation Must Not Outlive Mladic" says the banner just outside the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial in Potocar. It refers to 'Republika Srpska', the Serb controlled part of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Gen.
