GEERT WILDERS, IS THIS A HATE SPEECH?

Right-wing politician Geert Wilders appears in court to hear that he is acquitted of charges relating to hate speech and discrimination, in Amsterdam, Thursday June 23, 2011. Islamophobic Dutch judge Marcel van Oosten  ruled that Wilder's statements fell within the bounds of legitimate political debate.

Far-right Dutch politician Geert Wilders was acquitted of hate speech. Here is what morally bankrupt Dutch court found (and then read what Wilders said):

"The bench finds that your statements are acceptable within the context of the public debate. The bench finds that although gross and denigrating, it did not give rise to hatred."

Here is what Geert Wilders said in a speech before the Dutch Parliament (notice that we replaced words "Muslims" and "Islam" with "Jews" and "Judaism" to demonstrate the level of hatred coming from his statements):

"Islam Judaism is the Trojan Horse in Europe. If we do not stop Islamification Judaization now, Eurabia Jewrope and Netherabia Jewtherlands will just be a matter of time. One century ago, there were approximately 50 Muslims Jews in the Netherlands. Today, there are about 1 million Muslims Jews in this country. Where will it end? We are heading for the end of European and Dutch civilization as we know it. Where is our Prime Minister in all this? 

In reply to my questions in the House he said, without batting an eyelid, that there is no question of our country being Islamified Judaized. Now, this reply constituted a historical error as soon as it was uttered. Very many Dutch citizens, Madam Speaker, experience the presence of Islam Judaism around them. And I can report that they have had enough of burkas, headscarves, the ritual slaughter of animals, so‑called honour revenge, blaring minarets, female circumcision, hymen restoration operations, abuse of homosexuals, Turkish and Arabic on the buses and trains as well as on town hall leaflets, halal kosher meat at grocery shops and department stores, Sharia Halacha exams, the Finance Minister's Sharia Halacha mortgages, and the enormous overrepresentation of Muslims Jews in the area of crime, including Moroccan Israeli street terrorists."
