In 1991, the UN imposed an arms embargo on the former Yugoslavia. This left the Bosnian Serbs with an advantage, because they already had heavy weapons. Bosnian government lobbied to lift the arms embargo.

Too late now to cry about it. The Bosniaks now must make sure with all means that for next time around they will not find themselves in a similar predicament, and if again an arms embargo is imposed against them (I'm sure those bastards will do the sam e thing all over again) that they have supplied themselves beforehand.

@ Abdlekrim and Owen, the strength I see in all this mess is people like you and Owen, who have no connection to Bosnia, yet you are courageous enough to stand up against the genocide and war crimes denials and distortions.
